Member check-ins give you a live answer to the question every operator asks: who is here right now? Members tap in on a lobby kiosk with a personal PIN or their name and email, and tap out on the way home. The Check-ins log badges everyone currently in the building, a Here Now tab filters to just them, and the full history shows you when people actually use the space, not just what they pay for. Turn it on with a single click from the Check-ins page.

Tap in with a PIN or a name
Members check in on the same lobby kiosk your visitors use. The fastest path is a personal check-in PIN, six digits and done. No PIN handy? Name and email works too. Checking out is one tap on the way home, and admins can check anyone out manually from the log if someone forgets.
See who is here at a glance
The Check-ins page lists every visit with a green Here now badge on anyone still in the building, and a Here Now tab filters the log down to just them. The front desk can see at a glance whether the person asking about a package is actually in, and you can gauge how busy the space is without walking the floor.
Attendance you can actually use
Every check-in and check-out is logged with timestamps and the length of the visit. Over time that becomes real utilization data: which members show up daily, who has quietly stopped coming in, and how full your space actually runs. The kind of signal that helps you plan capacity and catch churn before it happens.
