Resources represent anything in your space that can be booked for a period of time, conference rooms, desks, studios, equipment, or anything else. Set hourly rates for members and non-members, define when each group can book, and share the public link. Guests who book receive a portal with their bookings, invoices, and Wi-Fi info. Each resource includes a kiosk display you can put on a tablet outside the room, and a calendar subscription link so external systems always know when the resource is booked.

When someone books a resource through your public link, they get their own account with access to everything your space offers. Printing, Wi-Fi, booking other rooms, purchasing passes, viewing invoices. No headache for you, no friction for them. One booking turns into a relationship.
Financial tracking built in
Each resource tracks lifetime revenue, balance owed, invoices, and payments. The detail view shows upcoming and past bookings, an activity timeline, and a billing tab with all financial data. Bookings can be paid via Stripe or added to a member's invoice.
Detailed activity history
Every resource keeps a running log of who booked it, when, for how long, and who actually showed up. All the data you need to understand how your space is being used, surfaced easily without pulling reports or digging through spreadsheets.
