Schedule and manage tours. No Calendly.
Instead of managing tour bookings over email or paying for a separate scheduling tool, Deskie includes a public booking page where prospective members can schedule a tour themselves. They pick a date, pick a time, and submit their information. You define which days and times are available. The visitor receives a confirmation email, your team is notified by email, SMS, or push notification, and the tour appears on your Deskie calendar. A chronological list of past and upcoming tours makes it easy to follow up with anyone who visited.

Deskie provides a public link where prospective members can schedule a tour. The page is branded with your workspace's name and visual style. Visitors choose a date, a time, and submit their name, email, and phone number. No external tools needed.
Everyone gets notified
When a tour is booked, the visitor receives a confirmation email with their tour details. Your administrators are notified by email, SMS, or push notification. Staff know when a tour is scheduled and can be present to greet the visitor.
Review and follow up
A mini calendar shows upcoming tours and a chronological list shows all tours, past and upcoming. Click any tour to see details. Use the list to follow up with prospective members or contact previous attendees. Tours also sync via iCal.
