Navigating Deskie

Learn how to navigate the Deskie dashboard, understand the sidebar, and find the tools you need.

The dashboard

When you log in, you'll land on your dashboard — a high-level overview of your space's activity. It shows key metrics like active members, upcoming bookings, recent payments, and any items that need your attention.

Sidebar navigation

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It's organized by function: Members, Bookings, Assets (desks, offices, rooms), Invoicing, Access Control, Feed, and Settings. Click any section to expand it and see sub-pages.

Switching locations

If you manage multiple locations, use the location switcher at the top of the sidebar. Your current location is shown in the header. Switching locations updates all data across the dashboard to reflect the selected space.

Search and quick actions

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find members, bookings, invoices, or assets by name or ID. The quick-action button (+ icon) lets you create new members, bookings, or invoices from anywhere in the app.

Notifications

The bell icon in the header shows your notifications — new bookings, payments received, access events, and more. You can configure which notifications you receive in Settings → Notifications.
