Link your mailbox over IMAP and SMTP with presets for Gmail, Outlook, and Fastmail, or custom host and port settings. Deskie tests the connection live before saving, and credentials are encrypted.

A shared inbox your whole team can run

Incoming mail syncs in where every admin can see it, and read state is tracked per person, so each teammate has their own unread count. Assign any message to an admin, then filter to your queue.

Organized folders that stay out of your way

Switch between Inbox, Sent, Assigned to me, and a Failed view for sends that did not go through. Mark messages as spam, archive what you have handled, and keep the inbox on mail that needs a reply.
