Point of Sale turns a tablet at your front desk into a self-serve shop. Stock a product catalog from inside Deskie, set prices and stock counts, and leave the kiosk open on the counter. Members ring themselves up with a 6-digit kiosk PIN (or their email and password), the items are charged to their account, and the purchase lands on their next monthly invoice automatically. No cash drawer, no card terminal, and no extra logins. Point of Sale is currently in Beta.
Product Catalog
Name, price, stock, category, photo, and SKU. Toggle items on or off the shelf without losing their history.

Stock the catalog in minutes
Create a product, set its price, and enter how many you have on hand. Add a category, photo, SKU, and description if you want them. Deskie counts stock down on every sale and hides anything that hits zero, so the kiosk only ever shows what you can actually sell. An internal notes field stays private to staff.
Self-checkout with a kiosk PIN
Members buy from a public kiosk page and confirm with a 6-digit PIN they set in their account, or with their email and password. PINs are unique per workspace and never shown back. Admins can reset a forgotten PIN from the member's page, and password buyers get a quick prompt to set a PIN for next time.
Charges land on the next invoice
Point of Sale does not take a card at the tablet. Every checkout is billed to the member's account and swept onto their next monthly invoice as its own line item, the same way print jobs, passes, and event tickets are. Team-billed members route to their team's payer, and account credits can cover all or part of a purchase at checkout.
Never run out by surprise
Set a low-stock threshold on each product. When a sale drops stock to that level, your admins get a one-time email and push alert so you can restock before the shelf is empty. A per-product transaction history logs every price change, stock adjustment, sale, and warning.
