An asset is anything that can be assigned to a member and billed on a recurring basis. Private offices, dedicated desks, memberships, parking spots, mailboxes, or anything else your space offers. Adding an asset is fast. Assigning it to a member is a single action. You can also generate a public link for any asset so people can sign up directly from your website, with or without approval. With door access enabled, someone could sign up for a plan or office and start using it immediately.

Assign a member directly. Select the member, confirm the rate, done. Or generate a public link and let people sign up themselves. You choose whether signups require approval or go through automatically. With door access, new signups get in immediately.

Asset data doesn't just live on the Assets page. It shows up on the member's profile, the Assignments page, the billing page, the payments page, and on invoices. You never have to hunt for context across different screens.
